The Registration Deadline is June 24th at midnight!
A $20 late fee will be charged for registrations received after June 24th. Fees are due at the time of registration. Payment plans can be set up when registering.
Instructions for NEW players
- Register your player online by following the link
- Create a new account
- Follow the instructions on the website
- You will need a Team Assignment Code from your coach
- You will need to have a RECENT headshot of the player (only the player in the picture and no hats, please)
- You will need to email a picture of a Birth Certificate to the Nebo Registrar: nebounited20@gmail.com
Instructions for RETURNING players
- Register your player online by using the following link
- Login to your account from previous years
- Follow the instructions
- You will need a Team Assignment Code from your coach
- You will need a RECENT headshot of the player (only the player in the picture and no hats, please)

District teams will be $375.
All other teams will be less than $500
The fees cover field rent, referees, equipment, administration fees, and uniform for both Fall and Spring seasons.

Please ask your coach for a Team Assignment Code. The online registration will ask for you to input your Team Assignment Code. This is important to ensure that you pay the correct fees for your team and that your player is placed on the correct team.

The fees are due at the time of registration and can be paid through the Online Registration by Credit/Debit card. You can set up electronic payments online at the time of registration. Payment Plans are designed to automatically charge you on the 5th of each month.
